These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, visitors, and users who engage with PVInterio, a brand of PrimaVerse. By signing a project agreement, submitting an inquiry, or accessing our Interior Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you have questions before engaging, please reach out to us directly.
1. About PVInterio
PVInterio is a professional interior design and execution company operating under PrimaVerse. We work on residential and commercial projects across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, and surrounding areas. Our services span interior design, turnkey execution, project management, and a digital client platform that keeps you informed and in control at every stage.
2. Our Services
Here is a clear breakdown of what each service includes:
Interior Design (Residential and Commercial)
This covers the full design journey: initial consultation, concept development, moodboards, space planning, material and finish selection, 3D visualisations, and construction documentation. What is included in your specific engagement will be agreed upon in your project brief before work begins.
Turnkey Execution (Residential and Commercial)
We handle the entire build from start to finish. This includes civil works, electrical fit-outs, plumbing, carpentry, modular fabrication, painting, and all finishing. A dedicated project manager is your single point of contact throughout. The full scope, budget, and timeline are confirmed in writing before execution starts.
Project Management
We coordinate your project across site teams, designers, and vendors. This covers site supervision, quality checks, vendor communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution. Unless explicitly included in your project scope, contracts with independent vendors remain the client's responsibility.
Interior Platform (Client Portal)
Our digital platform gives you live access to project updates, design approvals, milestone tracking, financial summaries, and communication with your team. It also connects you to our network of registered MSME designers. Access is provided upon project onboarding and is governed by the usage terms set at that time.
3. Consultations and Estimates
3.1 Free initial consultations are offered as indicated on our website. Attending a consultation or receiving an estimate does not create any obligation or contractual relationship on either side.
3.2 Figures generated through our online Estimation Calculator are indicative only. A formal quotation is prepared after a site visit and detailed scope discussion.
3.3 Work begins only after both parties have signed a project agreement. The estimate in that agreement is binding only to the scope described in it.
4. Payments
Advance Payment
A minimum advance of 30 to 50 percent of the total project value is required when the project agreement is signed. The exact amount is confirmed in the agreement.
Milestone Payments
The remaining balance is split across agreed project milestones such as design sign-off, material procurement, mid-execution review, and final handover. The full schedule is laid out in your project contract.
Late Payments
If a milestone payment is not received within 7 working days of the due date, PVInterio may pause work on the project. This will not be treated as a breach of contract by PVInterio, and any resulting delays will be added to the delivery timeline.
GST and Taxes
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are payable by the client as per Indian law.
Refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable once design work or material procurement has started. If PVInterio terminates the engagement due to a fault on our side, a fair refund will be calculated based on the value of work not yet completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for providing safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the project site for our team, vendors, and delivery vehicles.
5.2 Any approvals, NOCs, or permits required from your housing society, builder, or local municipal authority are your responsibility to obtain, unless we have explicitly agreed to handle this as part of the scope.
5.3 Decisions around design approvals, material selections, and scope changes need to be communicated within the agreed timeframes. If client-side delays affect the project timeline, PVInterio will not be held responsible for the resulting postponement.
5.4 If you access the Interior Platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your access with anyone who is not authorised on your project.
6. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property
6.1 All creative outputs produced by PVInterio, including concept designs, drawings, moodboards, 3D renders, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of PVInterio until full and final payment has been received.
6.2 Once final payment is cleared, you receive a licence to use the designs for your specific project. These designs cannot be reproduced, resold, or reused for any other property or purpose without prior written permission from PVInterio.
6.3 PVInterio reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use these images in our portfolio, website, and promotional material. If you would prefer to opt out of this, please let us know in writing before the project begins.
7. Scope Changes and Revisions
7.1 The number of design revisions included in your package will be stated in your project agreement. Any revisions beyond this may be chargeable.
7.2 Changes to the agreed scope, whether that is additional rooms, material upgrades, new requirements, or design changes, will be documented as a variation order. These may affect both cost and timeline.
7.3 Verbal instructions for changes will not be acted upon. All scope changes must be confirmed in writing via email or through the Interior Platform.
8. Timelines and Delays
8.1 Project timelines in the agreement are based on normal working conditions and are our best estimates at the time of signing.
8.2 PVInterio will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. This includes but is not limited to supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, adverse weather, force majeure events, or delays caused by late client approvals or decisions.
8.3 If a delay is caused by PVInterio, we will inform you promptly and agree on a revised completion date in writing.
9. Warranty
9.1 PVInterio provides a workmanship warranty on turnkey execution projects. The duration and specific coverage will be stated in your project agreement (typically one year from the date of handover).
9.2 The warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation carried out by PVInterio. It does not apply to damage from misuse, modifications made by third parties, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control.
9.3 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via email or through the Interior Platform within the warranty period.
10. Third-Party Vendors and MSME Designers
10.1 PVInterio may work with third-party contractors, suppliers, or registered MSME designers to deliver parts of a project. We remain responsible for overall coordination and quality on projects contracted through us.
10.2 If you choose to engage an MSME designer found through our platform directly, outside of a formal PVInterio project agreement, that engagement is at your own discretion and PVInterio will not be responsible for outcomes arising from it.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Our total liability to you under any circumstances will not exceed the total value of the services you have contracted with us.
11.2 PVInterio is not liable for pre-existing structural, electrical, or plumbing issues that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the site assessment.
11.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, business disruption, or personal inconvenience arising from project delays or scope disputes.
12. Cancellations
12.1 If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the stage of work at the time of cancellation, as outlined in your project agreement.
12.2 PVInterio reserves the right to end an engagement if there is persistent non-payment, if unsafe site conditions are created, or if our staff are subjected to abusive or unlawful conduct.
13. Disputes
13.1 If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it through direct, good-faith discussion.
13.2 If the issue remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be referred to formal mediation, and if still unresolved, to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13.3 All legal proceedings, if required, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable.
